The in-game content is identical to the original game. Glitches, bugs and certain voice lines found in the original international releases have also been removed. The Switch version has force feedback support as a result. This version of Super Mario 64 is based on the Shindou edition – a Rumble Pak version released only in Japan in 1997. This version retains the two-player split-screen mode and now has optional motion controls. The resolution has been increased, and the game now runs at 60 frames per second.
